IT IS OBLONG AND WHITE WITH US10 ON IT I TREID TO FIND OUT WHAT IS ON DRUG.COM BUT IT COULDN'T IDENTIFY IT HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

You would need to look in a CPS Guide for doctors and pharmasicts to find out or take it to the drugstore and ask them.There are a lot of white pills on the market!!!
The drug store can also safely dispose of it for you.

It's really hard to say without the shape. RXList has imprint search, but it doesn't having anything listed for US10 at all.
Check out there site, if there is something on the other side you may need to use it to search. If you found it in your home, check all the bottles in your house maybe it's an herb supplement.
It could even be an illegal drug that was homemade and the imprint might not be on any list.

I tried to look it up but you need more info. You can go to Drugs.com and check the pill ID tool. You need to know shape, color and any imprints. Good Luck.

What shape is it? Does just say US 10? or is there anything on the other side?
