rivers,lakes,and oceans were created first,then they evaporated to become clouds,then the clouds became rain.

First there was rain, but the planet was so hot that it would evaporate before it hit the ground. Then came oceans, and when ocean levels dropped below the underwater mountains, it left behind rivers and lakes.

as sulphur-hydroxide emerged with the flowing magma, it reacted with other minerals and formed calcium-sulphate and hydrogen (h2) which then combined with oxygen to form water, thus oceans were formed.
