YES, however if there is a certain reason that you are on those meds, maybe he knows what he's doing. But if I were you, yes I would go get a second opinion.

you should stick with your Dr . Anxiety meds are not meant to be taken for long periods of time and there arent any to take safley when you are preg, You should wait until your anxiety is resolved or at least under your control before you try to have a baby

There's definitely nothing wrong with getting a second opinion. Is there any reason why your doctor says you shouldn't get pregnant? If he's just being stubborn then I say talk to another doctor. Good luck!
