when a person goes to a audition must they say their lines in the carmer?is it alright to say lines to the interviewer?write soon

Depends on what you are trying out for. If you are going to open auditions, it won't be on camera and you may not be saying any lines, just talking to a group of people behind lights. If you get called back or they are doing second testing, then you may get to do lines. Only if you are in a final contention are they going to do camera work.
If you are being invited to a limited audition, then you may have lines immediately.

It depends on alot of things. You may not find out if you got the part for several weeks, in other cases just a few days. You don't necessarily read lines to a camera but you may run dialogue with a reader or another actor in front of a Casting Director/Director and other members of the production. As for saying lines to an interviewer, never direct your reading at the Director. It will make them uncomfortable.
