such as not handling pork while working at Walmart or allowing them to get away with mischif on airplanes by playing musical seats and terrifying other passengers? I do not see Christians demanding that markets and airlines bend to their religion why to the muslims?

Christians don't have purity laws as part of their religion--so your comparision isn't valid.

But I suspect this one will end up being a mixed decision. The company has a legitimate claim (D**m, I hate to say that about WalMart!). But so do the Muslims--freedom of religion is a fundamental right. And their are precedents--e.g., Amish being alllowed to limit their children's access tto formal education (legally htere is a connection, though its not obvious--the Amish are granted an exception--within limits--to state law others have to follow). And Christian beliefs are behind "Sunday blue laws." So its not all that simple a question.

Christians usually do not take jobs that will conflict with their values. The same with Jews and other religions.
I don't think Islam really forbids selling pork; just eating it (with some exceptions). Muslims should become better educated about their faith, and learn the difference between religious requirements and cultural customs.
