I've never seen the movie, but when I first read the question, I assumed it meant that the outfit was nice enough to be buried in.

I love Tyler Perry and Madea!! She is my role model. The stories can give me hope. I am not a christian, but the message is great! Tyler Perry's reality transcends religion and reaches many.

She meant that he was dressed up enough to be put on display in a casket. In other words he was sharp enough to be buried.

'Casket sharp' means you have your best clothes on. Many people are buried in their best dress or suit. So when you're casket sharp, you're looking your best.
