The timing chain was replaced and the car will not start at this point. The fuel pump has been reset, the computer reset, still will not start. If anyone can help, please reply. Thanks!

There is no way to tell what the real problem is (certainly not a "reset" switch), but a likely possibility is that the timing chain is not on correctly and now the valve timing is off. Was this done at a professional facility? If not I would recommend taking it to one so that this can be corrected, and if it was off enough it may require head removal and valve replacement.
