All you have to do is press Alt and then a number. The number you press must be from the numlock pad. So,
Alt+1 âº
Alt+2 â»
Alt+3 â¥
A;t+13 âª
..and sooo on.
If you're using a laptop you might have to press the "Fn" button. So it'll look like this,
Alt+Fn+13 âª

Mine doesn't work if i'm logged on to yahoo dsl, but if i log on to internet explorer,it works....you press alt and the #3 on the num lock pad both at the same time. I never did understand what they meant by &hearts....wish someone could explain that to me!!!
