I have few and how do you deal with in such situation as a friend of concern?

An affair with a married man?! The married one has issues!!! Sounds to me that your friends all need to wake up and look at what your friends should put in place as far VALUES of themselves. Being the "other" one will always come out....no matter what! Your friends are just creating Bad Karma for themselves...the Man is married!!! Their Wives will find out, they always do... I'd stay out of it, for it will just make bad Karma for yourself to intervene....you can't tell them what to do, nor do you have to respect them...for they don't respect themselves nor the married men who have wives....and sorry you're friends with people like that...(sorry to be so blunt). I think that if you find others to hang with, your friends may learn their lesson(s) the hard way. Friend or no friend...They have no respect and have a little amount of self esteem...

I respect my friends...I don't respect people who are party to cheating...therefore I couldn't be friends with someone who would cheat or play with a cheater. I prefer friends who have better values, a conscience, and who aren't so selfish.

There is nothing you can do. Be there as a friend, but offer advise only when asked. If your friends wanted to stop they would ask for help...they don't want to stop..If you say anything to them, you could lose your friendship.

In my 56 years of life, I have seen that those who will cheat on their spouse will eventually cheat on their lover.
