Do i still have the credit for an artwork made for a company if...?

the boss has fired me?
I did a series of artworks for a company but the boss fired me. I know the company has the copyright because they paid me for these artworks but who is the owner of the credit? If that magazine is released should i have the credit even if it was finished by other person?

It depends upon your contract with the company.
