That a girl who is new to something. In video games, people tend to try and aggrivate new people who do not know anythign of such a game, so they call them noobs. In your case a noob chick is someone who is new and is a girl, they say it in this way meaning they just classified you a name that they now call you because of your new intentions.
Just ignore it for they are only trying to make you mad. If they ever call you that just tell them that they were once a noob too, and asked several questions as well. And if they said they didn't then you could call them a noob dick, meaning they are being a dick to noobs. Got it? Ok, don't worry someday your time will come to serve the noobs for when you know everything from asking, even those who are not noobs are called noobs just because they asked a question. When in fact everyone is called a noob at one point so don't worry about it. Bye.

The term "noob" is short for the internet term "Newbie". Newbie is another way of saying "someone new...still learning".
Ex. "Fred is a video game noob". Meaning he is new to the video game.
So you "noob chick" would mean that person is a chick that is new at something.
