theres a journalism class at my college, and one of the topics they cover in the sylabis is discussing all the lies they told during their campaigns. Instead of taking the class...can someone just tell me all the things they lied about.

Kerry claimed:
bush cut education
bush cut pell grants
bush wanted to end social security
how many jobs had been lost
Bush claimed :
Kerrys health care proposal
claimed kerry voted to raise tax's 350 times
kerry 50 cent gas tax

Neither of them lied
But they are both politicians.
They BEND the "truth"
Bush should have never mentioned National Guard and Vietnam in the same sentence.
Kerry should have showed a backbone to people who were so jealous of him it was pathetic. You actually had people who didn't even fight in Vietnam criticizing a man who fought there for disagreeing with the policy that sent him there. WOW
More importantly through all this was John Mccain, telling the truth and getting hammered for it. Look closely...Mccain was more a Republican than Bush was but was destroyed because he was gonna go after the stupid right wingers with the same tenacity he went after the stupid liberals. People on both sides of the aisles were terrified of him and I so wish he would have gotten his parties nomination. This democrat would surely have voted for him.

bush lied about everything.
kerry said the truth, but he's just stupid, so the republicans made him look incompetent (which most prob he was anyway)
