above the actual label itself.. i've tried calibrating the printer but that isn't working.

I have an Hp Psc 1210v printer.

Two ideas.
1. You are using the wrong labels.
2. using the wrong format for the labels you have.

Now if none of the above work, then you have a formatting problem. But I would just get another DVD label program. And I bet you are like everyone else too and did not read the manual cuz you can not wait to print a label.

Dumb question but sometime's it's the dumb ones that solve the issue. Have you tried flipping the DVD labels in the opposite direction? Not upside down, just insert the label page in opposite of what you have been doing.

If that is not working, have you done a print screen within the software to see what the printer thinks it's printing & where.

Have you tried going to the label makers site for troubleshooting tips? If you are using Avery brand, they have a pretty extensive help section.

make the picture an inch smaller?or cut the top of the labels page..
