How can I create my own website?

How can I create my own website for free without useing myspace, freewebs or anything that is basicly a clone of thoes sites?

You can download a program called Dreamweaver but i don't know how much it actually costs. I tried it before( in a workshop years ago) and it worked out great. you can try it too. Click on the link below to find out how much it costs...sorry it is not free...nothings free!It cost alot though...this is just information...
