I found 2 pus bumps on my vagina, & I use condoms ALL the time during sex, so it's not an STD. Sorry for being so explicit, but I had to explain it so that you can answer it well.

Condoms will not protect you 100%. You need to see a gynecologist to rule out herpes or another STD. It may be something else, but it sounds suspicious.

No, that's not normal. You need 2 c ur doctor or something, b/c that's gross and u don't want it 2 get any worse. Condoms don't always work, so u can't rule out an STD.

herpes or other STD. Condoms only protect against STDs that are contracted throught the exchange of fluids. STDs like herpes can be contracted through skin to skin contact of the genitals.
or it may just be boils etc.
But you need to see a doc cause you maybe passing something on to any sexual partner you have.
