first of all i do have a hobbie and it was just a question! that one day a year does cost a lot of money. and it's called planning ahead!

Thats kinda stupid to shop this early. Besides who revolves their life around one day of the year? Go get a hobbie or something..

actually its not a bad idea, i saw some nice sweaters that were really on sale, but last time i checked they were all gone.
