ok so
i have them at half full tank
its a ten gal
and they are 2 weeks and 2 days old
i can see VERY LITTLE color on a FEW of them
it looks red and at the bottom black
anything i should be doign at this stage
i still have them on BBS when should i switch to something else?
like frozen bloodworms grated up

any help please?

and also
what about a grow out tank
how big i have about 60 fry
and what kind of filter?

If you can see colour on betta fry at 2 weeks i'd be surprised. Remember that the BBS in their tummies will look red.

Keep them in the same tank and dont interfere much until they are around 4 weeks old.

You can feed them micro worms (cultures available on ebay) and pea mush for now. Later on they can get crushed tetra prima and when they are 8 weeks or if they are big enough sooner, blood worms.

Use a sponge filter and heater from now onwards. Don't move them for at least a month.
