LARRY BIRKHEAD! He's the one who has been pushing and asking for the DNA... even BEFORE the issue of money came into a possibility.
Howard K. $tern is desperate... he does NOT want the DNA test because he KNOWS he is not the father... Did you hear he has been desperately trying to get Birkhead to sign an agreement that Birkhead can have custody of the baby if he will let $tern have control of the money and how it gets spent?! What a slimebag!!
Larry Birkhead wants to raise his daughter... and there is nothing wrong with that! He does not care about the money involved, but he does NOT want $tern to have control or access to it. Who can blame him?
$tern is not entitled to the money or the baby!! All he did was keep Anna Nicole doped up on pills so he could get his hands on more and more of Anna's money! He's a money-hungry, gold-digging snake!!!

I have always thought it was Larry's...he has never wavered in his story and he is the only one that appears to really care about Dannilynn and isn't trying to cash in on this very tragic story...plus the fact that that loser Howard K. Stern tried to make a deal with him, the baby in exchange for control over Anna's money is an answer in itself...and as much as people are making Anna out to be so promiscuous, she is not here to defend herself, and I truly do not believe that she ever slept with that pig Stern anyway, as drugged up as he liked to keep them both, he probably couldn't get it up anyway....and we won't find out the results for awhile anyway, as they said they don't have the sophisticated technology in the Bahamas to get the test done properly so it has to be done here in the States....

larry birkhead of course. the baby is a splitting image of him and anna nicole. i hope that it doesn't get pushed back some more days because of howard stern and once the results come back larry can go on with his life with his daughter and live happily ever after.

Don't be so sure we'll find out tomorrow. Unless they've already DONE the DNA test. It was only ordered today (Tues. the 20th), and it might take longer than 1 day to get the results. Although everyone concerned (including us weirdos) 'd like them RIGHT NOW!!!!

I know its Larry. I know most of the people out there think all of us that answered have no lives but i just cant help myself. I found myself not making plans before they decided where she would be burried just so i can be at home to watch the court trial.

I can't figure out why people are so captivated by this story. Maybe there is something wrong with me, but I find it very hard to interest myself in the family issues of people I don't know and will never meet.

I would vote for Larry, because he wanted to claim parenthood from the time Dannielynn was born. I think he like no one else (alive now) knew what piece of sh*t Howard really is, and that is why he wanted to protect his daughter.
