I have a hard time believing a robot mother able to give birth to anything, nonetheless, you are an American citizen because it is irrelevant where anyone was planned or conceived, all that matters is where you are born. And in the States, you'd be a US citizen when born on US soil. Don't know if they'd let your mother stay, though...

Well. If robots could be citizens you'd be a U.S. citizen with german heritage.(ha) Now if you were an android I think it would depend on where your human parts came from.
