Girlfriends of Deployed Marines and Soldiers?

Goodness, is it so hard all the time when their deployed? Arg, wondering if their okay is hard.
Writing letters gets hard too after youve written 3 million.
Care packages get pricey (but i have no complaints).
but its hard to be all happy, but then a lot of deployed boyfriend dump their galfriends right before their due home.

Why?

Because of what they have seen and done, more than likely. It's really different being in a real war zone. However, sometimes the shoe is on the other foot, sometimes the gals dump the guys coming home, before they come home, or shortly after. I'm glad that the guys and galsover there have the support of the guys and gals waiting for them, sending them care packages, etc. Take care.
