A person who talks to much and can't stop talking, or a person who barely talks. I mean which person is it more annoying to be around?

A person who barely talks. I'm one of them. I'm nervous around people I don't know real well and can't think of anything to say. People thought I was stuck up but I was just shy. Once they got to know me, and I got more used to them everthing was ok. I could talk more and joke around with them. In the end we always became good friends. Don't give up on a quiet person, they will come around in time. Someone who can't stop talking is another story. They want to be the center of attention and will never shut up. They are a pain in the ***.

The person who talks too much is probably talking a whole bunch of nothing- meaning nothing meaningful. The silent person is agreeable, pleasant, and who knows? Maybe they might have something thought-provoking or provocative to say once in a blue moon. The saying goes: Still waters run deep. The motor mouth is more annoying IMO.

A person who talks too much is so annoying. They talk talk talk but never actually say anything that means anything. I cannot stand being around someone like that. Ugh.

One who barely talks, I think. What good is a person like this? Drives me crazy! It's like talking to a wall! You have to put a mirror in front of their mouth to see if they're still breathing!
I would rather be around someone who is a chatter box. At least if I feel like I'm about to loose my mind I can laugh first.

The person who doesn't talk! There's a guy who sits near me in orchestra and hes normally pretty annoying (in a joking around way), but when hes depressed and doesn't really do anything one of my friends and I get really annoyed, more than usual!

I would take the person who barely talks. Heck, I'll carry the convo if I have to.
I can't stand it when someone doesn't know when to shut up. No one wants to deal w/someone who's always over talking & won't let you get a freakin' word in.

A person who barely talks, because I want to have a conversation with someone, not myself. At least with the talker they will bring up interesting topics.

it depends on what the talkative person is talking about... i dont really like to talk to people, so id rather be around the one who doesnt talk very much. unless the other one can hold an INTELLIGENT conversation, and not anything about her favorite eye shadow
