with all of this political bickering(me included) that seems to be sp prevalent now days. i cant help but stop and wonder if for all of the fear of terrorism and foreign nations that the real enemy is within!! at any given time @ least 50% of the ameican public is left out of the political process. when dems are in office repugs spit and spew and are loathed by the ones ins power . and now that the repugs have controlled washington for 6 years they have sought a little payback and have returned the favor. the battle is also played out in the heartland on any given day with neighbors not speaking and even family members turning against one another because one is a conservative and the other a liberal. a. lincoln one said "THAT A HOUSE DIVIDED CANNOT STAND" many polls suggest that we are divided now more than ever since the civil war when those great words were spoken. one only has to wonder if the terrorists are joyfull, because they did nothing but strike the match and we lit the fire

Yes, it's only a matter of time. It's also unavoidable, people hate other people it's just the way things are. You have the people who accept it and you have the people who do something about how much hate they have inside. People will always act on their hate, and thus we have some ********* invading Iraq for some stupid reason he doesn't even know. What hope to we have when this guy has to try and set an example for the rest of the world?
Eventually we will anhilate ourselves into a new stone age and then we can only hope the next generation doesn't give birth to another George Dubya.

Not as long as good men and women are willing to stand up to those who would wittingly or unwittingly cause our demise. I will not rest until everyone realizes that the terrorists want the democrats to win in 2008. Since President Lyndon Johnson mishandled Viet-Nam so badly that he did not even want to run for re-election the democrats would much rather ignore any threat since they don't have the stomach for it.
In peaceful, less serious times, we can afford to have democratic presidents. But now, it is much too dangerous to have a democrat as Commander-in-Chief.
