For example, a very good field to go into right now is an oral hygienist. But in Ontario, for example, a license requires a clean background check. This doesn't mean that it would be a problem in the states.
So you should really check locally to see what the laws are; meanwhile, you should explore all possible option of getting that whiped from your record.
