there is such a thing being too honest. It can get u into a lot of trouble. both, legally & morally. what u do is never tell all the truth. U have to learn what to tell & what not to tell. I learned this at the fine age of 9 or 10. I am now 54. people, I find are a curious lot to deal with. on one hand they claim to want to know the truth. but when it comes right down to it , they can never handle it. so I learned to temper every thing I say, with a mixture of the truth & fantasy & they swallow it hook line & sinker. & praise u on top of it. when i was a kid I would feel guilty. but then I would remember what the full truth would get me.

After Pearl Harbor all symptoms and indicators have been that the Allies have been in detrimental shape, Russia grow to be being overrun, Britain grow to be besieged, The Germans and Italians had basically approximately reached the Suez canal and Japan grow to be rampaging throughout the Pacific. Churchill might have pop out and pronounced "It seems exceptionally darkish and it will in all probability get even worse quickly." Stalin might have pronounced "we don't possibly understand what we are doing and we are basically retaining on by utilising our fingernails, or much less." and Roosevelt might have pronounced "we've not got a protection rigidity, and our military grow to be basically crippled. I have no thought how we can be waiting to prosecute this conflict." all of them might have been ultimate besides the shown fact that that's difficult to make certain how that ought to have helped the placement. With Obama that's a question of emphasis. he's emphasizing that he believes that issues gets worse (genuine, as in my above occasion). If instead he pronounced some thing alongside the strains of "you realize we nevertheless have some bumps in the line forward people yet i'm firmly of the thought this us of a and its people will straight away circulate out of this downturn." (nevertheless genuine yet with the emphasis on the restoration fairly than the low factor). i desire that enables. The inventory industry and customer self assurance all are consistent with perceptions. needless to say the two diverse techniques of offering the comparable preparation consequence in diverse perceptions. as a consequence, there is not any longer something incorrect with being hassle-free (I do like it) however the actuality can learn in many techniques and one in all those the telling concerns.

Honesty and trust is so important --especially with your partner. My sweetheart and I have a relationship of trust and honesty and unconditional love for each other. He is the most trustworthy man I have ever known.
Of course you don't want to say something so brutally honest to a person that it would hurt their feelings --such as ,if a friend asks if you like her dress , don't say "geez louise, that's the ugliest piece of crap I've ever seen ! " . If you don't want to lie --at least be tactful and have a little mercy. lol.

no! however don't confuse being honest with being cruel. some people hide behind what they have said by saying "i was just being honest" or "i'm sorry, that's just my opinion". they are not being honest they are justifying bad behaviour by covering behind the facade of being honest. foot in mouth is often caused by NOT thinking about other peoples feelings or being tactful. live by the motto - think before you speak and then you will learn that honesty is always the best policy.

Yes!!! If a friend of yours just bought a new pair of jeans or a dress and ask you how you like it, that they love them and you think they look horrible in them, don't say this. You will not only hurt their feelings, but lose a friend. Best to say, looks great on you. Isn't this what you'd like to hear if you asked this question of someone?
