Well after thinking on it for a second, the only thing that I can think of is that I express myself in love. My life constitutes getting up and going to work, then coming home and loving my wife and kids. Going to work is an expression of love in that I sacrifice myself so that my family will be taken care of. I get home I love my wife and children. I can't think of any other ways I express myself. I'm a pretty introverted person personally. I'm expressing myself in this answer also. lol. I don't have any hobbies or anything really.

I like to write...I also like to have conversations where everyone contributes and we all express ourselves individually. Flower gardening, even how I decorate my house and cook...all these things play a part in how a person express ourselves. Body language and facial expression, tone of voice have so much more to do with self expression than many people realize.

By actions. I once asked a boyfriend why he didn't say "I love you" very much and he hesitated a moment and looked at me and said, well I guess I am too busy showing you.
So, I learned from that and now I just do things to express my feelings instead of only words.

I express myself in the way that I treat others. Which is in a good way b/c I want them to feel who I am, instead of me just saying it. Actions speak louder than words

Not exactly sure what you mean--but on the most basic level, we "express" ourselves without even being aware. We are who we are, do what we do, & people "see" us as they will. To "think" about "how" to express oneself is rather like asking--WHO am I? What will people think of me? It's not a conscious process, that is, if I understand your question correctly!

i love being drssed up by my wife as a bride, southern belle, prom queen, pageant queen, or something girly. also, i love it when i get hit in the face and head with giant shaving cream pies. this is fun expression
