Right now I'm seeing a Psychologist to work on social problems that I am having but I can't decide if being a veterinary assistant would be right for me or dental assisting. I love helping people but I also love animals.

And does anyone know of any career placement tests on here or tests that tell you what you would be most fitted for?

Do you get along better with people or animals? (you say you're having some social problems, will that affect your career? and how?- -questions for you to consider...)Perhaps you would find it easier to work with animals, but remember, they have owners -people.
Both Yahoo and MSN have job/career sites and I believe they have assessment tests to help you find out what interests you and what you might be good at. "Find a job you love, and you never have to work a day in your life." An old saying that may not be 100% true, but pretty close - I know, I have a job I love and consider myself VERY lucky. Have you asked your Psychologist's opinion? Just for interest... Good Luck!

Both of those would make you a great income so you must work out what you would like most to do.

If you can find a way of making a dollar from something you love to do you will never have to work another day in your life.

To see what you would be fitted for write on a piece of paper all the good things you do.

DO NOT worry about the negatives!

I work at home online & really enjoy it. This is not work to me.
Therefore I am not working. Im doing this and this which in turn gives me that. Enjoying myself.

Concentrate on what makes you feel good and follow that path. See if you can make money by doing this.

If you already have a job and dislike that job, Don't quit! Just remind yourself daily, or hourly if you have to, that if you do this and a little of that I'm going to get this!

Hope that helps you some.

All the best to you

I think that working with people will help overcome your social problems, so when you are a dental assistant you work with people. When your a vet's assisstant you really don't, so I suggest be a dental assisstant.

You're seeing a psychologist? Ask him.
Seriously. He just might know somebody, and he himnself, is a health professional.

PS If you're having problems, good move!
Good luck.

In my career I help both people and pets.

I also help others do the same while earning a strong 6 figure residual income every month!!!

Working with animals would probably be less stressful for you.
