If you check right now, go to the HP (hewlett-packard) site and search for the laptop named the 6000z. It might have a D or V in front of the actually 6000Z but thats not the point. You can customize it with a Nvidia 256 mb graphics card and a 2.0 dual core system for approximately $1,067. Financing will be about $37/month. Im actually considering buying this laptop myself. If you are going to use it only for gaming or movies, then i suggest you look into this HP model.
Good luck!

Sounds like a Macintosh would be your best option. Great quality but at furious prices - well worth it though! I stumbled upon a site called MegaMacs.com where there was some unreal low prices. Also check your local craigslist.com, there's always some mad ex getting rid of wonderful treasures there! Good Luck and Happy Hunting!

Hi. This may sound like a cop out but the best is the one you build yourself. The components will be selected by you, installed by you, tweaked by you, etc. Lots of fun and you will know the machine inside out (literally).
