Graphic design, copywriters, and web designers. These people usually plan print layouts, formatting, and other details of advertising, newsletters, or anything that is viewed by a wide audience. Some of these creative types work for large agencies and others freelance and move onto other jobs once the project is completed.

You could design sports cars, giant hydroelectric dams or rocket ships. Better stick to clothes.
