I have a '02 Dodge Neon

I have a '02 Dodge Neon and the light that I have to change is the front blinker on the passenger side.

flip the lever up or down. Try looking in the owners manual.

easiest way if you are unsure.. stop at any car dealership and they will do it for you, usually free of charge. They want your return business..

But if you don't want to do that, usually there is an access panel in your trunk where you just pull the burnt bulb out and replace it.. Assuming it's a rear light

It depends on the model. The directions should be in the owner's manual. Wal-Mart installs for $1 + the cost of the bulb on normal/easy cars.

Depends on the car. Some you have to take the housing out to get to it . If you have the manual it will tell you how.

Question is too vague. It could be a simple as removing & couple of Phillips screws to disassembling half of the interior of your trunk.

pls ask the question and tell us the vehicle make, year, model, and if is the front, rear or dash light that is burned out.....all cars are different so we need to know

it depends on whats it in.some you just push in and twist and some are just push ins.it depends on what kind you got.
