It would look just fine. THis time though schedule and appointment to just meet and greet the new doc to see if you like them before you pick them for sure as your new doc.

First off the doctor probably wont notice or even care. Secondly, if you dont like the doctor there is absolutely no reason to stay with them. You deserve a doctor that you feel comfortable with and theres no reason to feel weird about switching.

You should see a doctor whom you're comfortable with. If you are not comfortable with your current doctor, don't like them, can't ask sensitive questions, etc., then what's the point in going? It is common for people to switch to a care provider that they feel they can trust and no feelings will be hurt. Switch doctors.

Nothing wrong with wanting to, however, they typically won't go for it. It has to do with not offending their partner by taking over their patients - they don't like to step on each other's toes. Besides, if the new doctor is out and your old doctor is covering for him/her when you have to go in, it might be akward. You would probably do better going to a different practice - get recommendations from people with the same insurance as you.

I doubt the doctor would care or at least he shouldn't. One of the things they always encourage you when seeking a health provider or anyone giving you a service you should feel at ease and not have a problem talking to them since esp when it comes to your health -telling the doctor all your symptons helps him better diagnose your problem. Its a human fact that if we do not like or do not feel at ease then we also tend to clam up and do not feel relaxed to talk freely. So go ahead for your health is more important than him not liking you switching or his personal feelings per se. Besides since doctors encourage second opinions and they dealing with the public realize can't click with everyone woul probably encourage the switch for they are not comfortable with you either if you do not like .

I think it would be fine to switch until you find a doctor that you like! After all, you have to be comfortable with your doctor.
And, you won't be the first (or last) person to switch doctors (even in the same office)!!

It's fine. It'll probably irk the doctor who you're dumping, but they know that they do need to have a good bedside manner if they wish to attract and maintain a good list of patients. These things do happen.
Keep in mind that if you remain in the same small practice, you may well see the unpleasant doctor again, especially if you walk in or need urgent care.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with changing doctors. You need to feel comfortable with the person you choose so that you can discuss your body. If you don't feel comfortable with someone then it will be difficult to trust them.

they frown on it----you will need to speak to the office manager (or whoever is in charge) and tell them he is not meeting your standards--often times talking in a calm rational manner will work fine and they will take the necessary steps -----often takes a few days though. -----I respect your right to change. Good Luck

I'd worry less about how it looked, and more about being comfortable with the person whose hands I'm basically putting my life in...y'know?
