Whenever I ask her a question, she says I already told you that. It makes me nervous and fearful.
She gave me a lot of information at one time. I remember most of it, but sometimes I need a reminder, but she doesn't like me to ask. But that's better than doing it wrong.

Yeah, some bosses are like that. They ramble a bunch of stuff off to you like you are automatically supposed to know what they are talking about. When you ask a question about it, they get annoyed.
You are right, I would rather "ask", and make sure I am doing it right. Don't be intimidated. You can say, "ok, so this is how this (whatever "it" is) is done, correct?" and sound confident, like you are just double-checking, not really "asking"....

Stand up to her. After all she is just another person in your life. She is probably some type of control freak. Don't be her puppet. Treat her like any other bully. Respect goes both ways.
