I actually drink four(4) - 20 ounce bottles a day. So that's 2 1/2 cups each x 4 = 10 cups a day.
Water is all I drink. n

I get those big liter bottles of water. I drink at least four of those a day. However, I drink more water than most people since I'm pregnant.

1-2 liters....sometimes even more if i go mountain biking...my camel bak has 70oz and i drink the whole thing lol
