What are the things that we have to pay in order to secure a land title?

We purchase a land with a loss title. What procedure are we going to take to secure a land title in our name as new owners? And usually, how much does it cause for the processing of the title?

Contact the local Title Company. Most likely they will have someone who can do the whole process for you. It should run anywhere from $800 to $4000 depending on the location.
I would estimate about $2000.
