No. Drew and Burrell suck these days. Peavy for Beltran is a definite no.

I wouldn't, it might mess up the make up of your entire team. What is it that you need or hope to get. If it's just Peavy and a quality pitcher you are after, by making this trade you are filling hole by opening 2 others. Work the waiver wire and get some quality starts - you can get Peavy numbers if you watch pitching matchups, it may be harder and may not workout well each week buy you will lose much more by losing Beltran in this deal. If he offered Peavy and Zambrano I might consider it.

And just for Baseball 101 - I can predict Pat the Bat Burrell - he hits well until mid to late May and then every pitcher in baseball realizes that he can't hit a curve ball this year either.

I wouldn't. Beltran is a first round pick; very good chance he'll be good. Burrell had a bad year last year; too many questions unanswered. J.D. Drew, though he talks a big game...still hasn't proven himself, he is in Boston now and has more guys around him to help him score and drive in runs though. He's also questionable. Peavy...great K's, will get you some decent fantasy points. Is better than what his W/L shows. If you lack good starting pitching and have nobody good in your OF and also feel like taking chances...I'd think about this trade. But personally I would not accept, too many questions surrounding these guys.

Well first off Carlos Beltran is the one your getting or trading?
If your getting Peavy,Burrell, and Drew you have to consider you'll have to drop two other players so your not over your max roster. So is Beltran and two other players worth Peavy,Burrell, and Drew?
That being said Theres questions with Peavy and his Dead Arm syndrom that seems to keep reappearing and which burrell shows up this season the guy who hits .260 with 20hr and 85rbi or the guy who hits .285 with 35hr and 100rbi who can ever tell is like a roller coaster ride up down up down with him and Then can Drew actually stay Healthy for a season making it twice for his career?
Id say keep Carlos Beltran he produces bottom line.....

I would never do a 3 for one trade.Burrell is decent and so is drew when he doesnt get hurt and Peavy is an all star pitcher. Tell him to throw in a better OF and Get Peavy strait out.

Fantasy Baseball Rule 2 average OF do not = a Great OF

I agree with VICK - Beltran will give you far more production and points from a single roster spot than pretty much anyone else in the league (except possibly Pujols, Soriano, Howard or maybe Reyes). No sense diluting your team with mediocre filler - unless you have absolutely nobody else to start in those other roles!

i wouldn't either. one good player is more valuable than 3 decent players b/c the one good player only takes up one roster spot. He also puts up great rbi's runs, but mainly steals and homers. Stick with the safe option and keep Beltran.
