I'm assuming you're talking about the movie. Matchpoint ends when the main character kills the character played by Scarlette Johansen, but before that, he kills an old lady, who is her neighbor, to make it look like a drug crime. He kills Scarlette because she is pregnant with his baby and she wouldn't abort it, and he doesn't want to ruin his marriage. After that, he gets away with it, and his wife gets pregnant and they have a baby.

Ok so Dude is screwing around on his wife with his buddies ex-fiancee and his buddy is also his Wife's brother. The other woman is of course Scarlett Johansen... So he and his wife are desperately trying to get pregnant, but he's having this affair and SHE gets pregnant... So he tells her for quite a while that he will leave his wife until she goes POSTAL on him and threatens to tell her without him... He almost gets caught in every moment of the film, then he decides to kill her. So, he goes to his wife's family's contry estate and steals a shotgun... Then breakas in to her neighbors apartment, kills an old lady and steals stuff so it looks like a robbery, then waits for her to come home where he is supposedly going to come over to tell her he left his wife. instead, she gets off the elevator, he calls her name, she turns around and he blows her *** away. Then he leaves in just enough time to make the opera with his wife to create an alibi..
He has some freaky dreams and the police question him a couple of times, then a bum drug addict finds the old lady's wedding ring that should have gone into the Thames River but instead didn't make it over the railing. The bum gets arrested and put away for the murders of his mistress and her old lady neighbor -

Cut to the last scene... He and his wife's entire family are entering the house with THEIR baby.... He got away with ALL OF IT...
