Whenever I ask her a question, she says I already told you that. It makes me nervous and fearful.

Keep reminding yourself that you have a right to ask questions; even asking the same question more than once.

Tell her that you are only asking because you weren't 100% clear on the first answer you received and would like to know more in order to do your job more effectively.

If she doesn't like answering questions, which is part of her job, then ask her if there is a manual you can refer to or someone else you can ask so you won't have to go to her every time you need to know something. She might be less critical if you suggest that you could go to her supervisor if she can't provide you with the answers you need.

When she does give you important information, make sure you have a pen and paper handy so you can write it down.

As a supervisor, she sucks! I'd rather answer the same question as often as you ask. One minute to explain something, who knows how long to clean up a screwup.

If she is getting under your skin, time to move on. Brush up your resume and start looking. Here's some help.

I want you to post in about 2 months and let me know how you are doing. I worked at a place where the boss would never give you any help with a problem, it was always "what do you think you could do?"
the royal hell if it got screwed up. I got out while the getting out was an option.

There are always power hungry freaks everywhere. She is trying to assert herself over you by making you feel inferior.

Disregard her comment, and say: " Excuse me, can you repeat that?" Make sure there are others ( preferably supervisors or managers at her same level) surrounding her so she can't back out of it.
