You could do a lot worse than Subway, plus they have different kinds of bread so you can eat whole wheat for example which would be healthier. It would be a good idea not to eat the same kind everyday, particularily the ones with cheese and meats and mayo/sauces Try the veggie and seafood ones for variety. The teriyaki has sodium and sugar but is not particularly high in either.

It depends if you've eaten teriyaki chicken the whole week or a variety of things from Subway.
If you eat only the teriyaki, it contains a lot of salt... the chicken should be good for you though.
If you eat well-balanced meals, such as sandwiches or wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and meat... then it's healthy. Just remember that adding a lot of condiments (mayo, mustard, etc.) adds more calories.

Well, I would say that it is definitely more nutritious than a lot of other foods that you could eat! Like you, I also try to go to Subway a lot because they can sell you a sandwich that contains all four necessary food groups for a lower cost than you could make yourself! Subway has bread (bread and cereals), cheese(milk and milk products), meat (protein), and vegetables (fruit and vegetables), plus more if you have them put some oil on your sandwich (to include the Omega 3 fatty acid requirement!). I would say that it depends what you have them put on your sub- like all the good stuff that I mention above!

You could try the jared diet. It seems like it worked out pretty well for him. You have to eat one of the sandwiches that are on the 6 grams of fat or less menu I think. I love those chicken teryaki sandwiches!!! mmm. I don't think its bad for you in moderation. You can't go have a footlong twice a day and smother it in ranch dressing or mayo and expect it to be good for you...
good luck with that if its what you decide to do for your diet.

Not that I know of. It looks like that fat content is fairly low. But the only drawback is probably the salt content. But none the less NO eating subway is not bad for you.

Bread is no bad for you everyday. You need wheats, grains, and breads 6-8 servings a day. It depends on what you put on the sub that makes it bad.
For. ex, your teriyaki, lettuce, cheese (too much of that can be bad), your oils, mayonnaise and fattening stuff like that...
That can be horrible. So basically it depends on what you put on it and how much you put on it. (Stay away from the mayo, oils, and basically condiments). And then those tempting cookies. lol. yup. Just be careful.
