Yes they do! Many women gain several cup sizes after starting their period. When I started mine I was a 32A-B. By the time I graduated High School I was a 32D. Then I had my first child and that took me to a 32E. Now I've had a second child, and I wear a 32FF.

You can expect your breast size to vary throughout your life depending on weight gain or loss, hormone changes (birth control or pregnancy), breastfeeding, and normal development.

The chance that your current size is permanent is very, very small.

Yes they do and trust me for some teenage girls they grow a few cup sizes in a small amount of time. Be prepared for more then just the breast development.

yes...they are constantly changing. breasts are the first thing that change when you gain/lose weight, and they will continue to grow for a while after you get your period. also, different birth control medications can cause your breasts to change too.
