Yes and it's so funny watching "That 70"S Show because all the stuff they use on the set...we use to have in our house. I still love browns and burnt orange colors but I hate yellow! When I got married in the early 90's, my colors were peach and green la-may.....remember those?? Yuk!! What was I thinking??

I think those two colors only get popular when it is Halloween.
I never heard of them at a wedding. What country was your mother married in? Was that brown and yellow instead of a white dress? Did it symbolize something the way white for a wedding dress does?

actually brown and yellow were more 70s I think, I remember alot of neon colors in the 80s.

Yes, indeed. I purchased a house where every single room had brown, tan, and orange. It has taken a while, but it is not that way anymore !!

they were really big colors in the 70's. i collect catalogs from the 60's and 70's and everything is orange , brown and gold.

I can go back a little farther than that when everything was ugly gold and avocado green !!!!!!!!!! I hate those colors with a passion !!!! That was in the seventies ya know !!!!! LOL
