Did my little Friend and pet die from tainted dog food& what should I do?

My Little dog died and I beleive it was because of the dog food that was recalled.I have called all the numbers that the recall information gave me but no one answers.Infact I wounder if they have taken the phones off the hook.My little freind was named Pearl.She had puppys two weeks before she died.I am on a fixed income due to my dissabilatys.Still I took her to the Vet.They had no clue What was wroung with her.That left me unable to pay my bills then.Now I worry that the babys may be effected to.I cant aford to have them tested without becoming homeless.Her death broke my heart.And now It may happen six more Times.I still have the empty cans that she ate from.and the products numbers match those in the recall.What am I to do?NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY CAN BE REACHED.PLEASE HELP!! email me at [e-mail] if you can help.

Did the puppies eat the dog food too? Find the address of the dog food company and go and see them. Or there will be a contact detail on their webste that they might answer. Keep the cans and take them in so they can get tested. I am sure your puppies will be fine.
