Seriously? Jacob over Edward? HA! She loves Edward, as in LOVES him. She loves Jake as a FRIEND. She was willing to enter a romantic relationship with him because she wanted to make Jacob happy, since he was her best friend, and if that meant romance, well, then...
But then Edward came back (after an awesome action sequence!) and now she wants to be friends with Jake, but she wants to be with Edward, for the rest of eternity.
Personally, I think Stephenie will kill off Jacob. VERY sad, but she has followed a romeo/Juliet plot line fairly well so far, and throwing in the phrase "they fight, Paris falls" and comparing herself to Juliet, Jacob to Paris and Edward to Romeo around thirty thousand times (yes, I am exaggerating) tipped me off a bit! I love Jake and Edward, but Edward is divine, and no werewolf can compete with that. Sorry Jake!!!

no!!! and she better not either! its not that i don't like jacob, i love jacob, fav werewolf ever, but edward and bella are meant to be. jacob is just the friend. but bella only had one boyfriend bella, so maybe if it doesn't work with edward then jacob, like that would ever happen. anyways, nothing is wrong with jacob, but he like edward loves bella so much, so if he fights for it then good for him. but he'd end up heart broken and maybe not be friends with bella if she is turned to a vampire.

I don't think so. Bella treasures her and Jacob's friendship, but now that she's not seeing him everyday, it's in no way killing her like it was when Edward left and she didn't see him. She truly loves Edward, so I think she'll pick him.

No. As much as my friend Lauren would like me to say contrary.
Jacob is sweet, but he's immature and impulsive. They who love too quickly fall out of love just as quickly, more often than not. From the beginning, he was "just a friend" and though she (should) be grateful to him forever, I can't see Bella abandoning Edward.
I'm sorry, Jacob.

She'd better not...he just doesn't seem like he'd be a good boyfriend for her. Their personalities just make them seem like they'd be good friends...but of course, the whole werewolf thing may be a problem, since of course you know the story and may know where I'm going with this and I'm too tired to get it all down.
