There are commonly 4 type of nuclear power reactor
a) Boiling Water Reactor (BWR)
b) Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR)
c) High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor (HTGR)
d) Fast Neutron Breeder Reactor
The answer for ur question might be the second one-Pressurized Water Reactor or simply PWR.
In a PWR. the heated water is maintain in a pressurized reactor vessel, so that the water does not boil inside the vessel.
The main purpose of doing that, is to gain better efficiency of converting thermal energy into electrical energy. The higher the temperature, the higher the efficiency. If the vessel is not pressurized, when the temperature of water reached 100 C, it will boil, transform into steam. So bcoz we want to maximize the efficiency of the reactor, we want the temperature to be higher as possible. One way to do this, is by keeping the water under high pressure, so that the water wont boil even if the temperature reach 100 C. By the way, the temperature of water inside a PWR is 300 something, far exceeding the boiling point of water, which is 100 C at pressure 1 atmosphere.

I don't know exactly what you are looking for, but a pressure cooker sounds promising.
