If you have free time, go for dogs. the only good thing about cats are that you don't have to spent time with them as much as you have to spend time with dogs. However, dogs are a lot better pets. i personally rather to have dogs over cat. the dog will become your best friend. but you need to have free time to walk them and take car of them.
