Everyone has a chance but i dont think Pitt is worth a damn. The BigEast has proven the last 2 seasons that they arent that great when it comes tourney time. Last season they had 2 #1's and had the most teams in EVER (9) and failed to get a single one the final 4, thats pathetic. This season they got 6 in and only 2 remain after just 2 rounds. BTW - the SEC got just 6 in and still had 2 after 4 rounds (final 4) and won the entire thing. This season the SEC got just 5 in and still has 3 left, 1 less team in 1 more team still in. Pitt is ok but Aaron Gray, Ramon, and Fields are not that great and they dont have a shot at winning it all.
UCLA will move on to play Kansas/So. Illinois next round. Pitt - well they will go home a loser and once again the BigEast proves how overrated they are.

Yes they DO. However, any team left as a chance to beat the team they are put up against. Yes, Will they... No. UCLA has the depth and the experience to combat Pitt. While Pitt plays great defense, they cannot match the defense of the Bruins and the Bruins will be stealing the ball left and right if they try rushing in too much. With Afflalo averaging 16.7 ppgs, Mata dominating the inside, and Collison handling the half-court... it will be VERY tough for Pitt to take them. It will even be tough for Kansas (who should easily beat S. Illionios) to take UCLA in the elite 8.
So... while they have a chance if UCLA has a off night (say vs. Cal.... which was bad) if UCLA is playing as they normally do.... UCLA will give them the lead in the first half for a little bit and once they regain the lead it will be cruising from there...
My prediction 74-63 LA on top.

Stanford, West Virginia, Washington and Cal
What do all these teams have in common? A win over UCLA.
Are any of these teams better than Pitt? No.
So yes, Pitt has an excellent chance of beating UCLA.

No UCLA's is one of the best instead defensive teams in the whole country. And the Pitts offense runs through Aaron Gray, there center. SO if they shut him down completely Pitt is screwed.

Of course. I'd give them even more of a chance if the tournament committee had not chosen to once again keep UCLA in their own state. Kansas, #1 overall tourney seed, got moved out of their zone, Ohio State, a #1 seed got moved out of their zone, Florida, #1 seed got moved out of their zone. But UCLA, a #2 seed gets to stay in theirs??? Odd, but, I think every team left has a shot if they play well. Granted , Pitt has to play a good game, but they got a chance. UCLA in almost a home game is gonna be tough though.
