Electricity comes from electrons which are tangible particles that make energy whereas Morality is comes from something intangible thats why it is flexible. In a society of morons it indeed will come from there, Morality is more based on notions of culture, a taboo for one soceity might be moral in another. It depends on the social conditioning of the person involved and that person's morality. Morality is not an absolute as compared to electricity which is.
