It is a toss up between the Angels and Athletics. The A's are notorious for going sub-.500 before All-Star break and then making insane numbers. I think the Angels are a better team this year but the A's are snipers. I'll go Angels but like a wary antelope, I am looking over my shoulder.

If the Angels don't win I will be shocked.

They have the best starting rotation in the division and also the best in the MLB....even without Weaver and Barty, Saunders is solid and hector carrasco is formidable. O and the angels have one of the best bullpens in the MLB, maybe only the twins have better.

The hitting is suspect but they do have Vlad who could very well have an MVP season. Garrett Anderson is finally healthy, maybe.......G-Math can't be worse than chone figgins was last year leading off

The Defense should be much improved this year, very much

Losing Bud Black ma hurt a bit, but the AL west is weak, and the Angels pitch very well..

Angels, Dodgers World Series, I could see it

Go Halos

The Angels will battle the A's at the end of the season fo rthe crown, Angels have a young team in Weaver, Kendrick, and Kotchman, and Figgins, if Colon gets on the right track, dont be surprised to see them win it

The A's lost Zito and the Big Hurt, they are hurting, but still have Swisher, Harden, and Haren

i say Angels win the division by 1-2.5 games

If the angels get a healthy bartolo Colon and Jered Weaver they'll be contending with the Texas Rangers and the A's all season long. Texas is good but has some questions like will sammy sosa and eric gagne actually contribute and the A's have health issues with some players already. So the Angels have a good shot if there the two above pitchers are healthy

I also think the Angels will win the AL west.

Oakland, just lost their best pitching, their Batting Line Up scares me, but the Angels do have great speed ( Chone Figgns) Vladi, and Bartoleo Caleon, I think its going to be :

1. Angels

2. A's

3. Rangers

4. Seatlle.

I see much hope =) THe Angels have av ery young team and some great speed (as I said) and a great rotation, if Colon gets on track dont be surprised to see them win.,.......They'll battle it out with the A's, the angels will either get the Wild Card or win the division. I see such big Hope for you! (The A's Lost Frankie and Zito theyre biggest players)

Go Angels!

I would have to say the Los Angeles Angles of Aneheim. They're a very, very pesky-hitting team, and they have an very good pitching staff. I say they'll finish in front of the A's by, eh...2 or 3 games, maybe more.

The Angels are a very good team. But yet then,so are the A's.It should be a close race but I think the Angels will get it in the end.Good pitching, good hitting, good team.

I'd love to see the A's or Rangers take it...but if Colon gets back on track and Vlad stays healthy, I'd definitely see Angels taking it. They got a great outfield, a nice set of starters and relief, some good developing players, and wide array of talent on their team.
