Can dried LSD be absorbed through the skin on accident? I suspect someone put liquid LSD in my laundry... Am I safe if I washed it a second time and did not wear anything until it had been thoroughly dried?

No, it cannot enter your blood stream through simple contact of the skin.
It must be absorbed through the mucus membrames on your body to reach your brain.
Specifically, in your nose, mouth, eyes, anus, or genitals.

Depends on how much contact or exposure you have had, but yes even a very small amount of LSD can be absorbed through the skin (Even in mg's of small portion). Chemists who make it have been known to die from overdose when they did not daunt the Suit and gloves and Eye Protection.
LSD can be absorbed through the eyes, Skin, inhaled particles. If it were put in my laundry, I would be Buying a new wardrobe, then kicking some butt for the exposure. The best remedy though is to NOT associate with these people to begin with.

Yes, LSD can be absorbed through the skin. If it was rewashed and redried, you're fine. LSD is water soluable, and would rinse out. Any remnants would be destroyed in the dryer.

Rest assured, if you're stoned after changing your undershorts, something else is at fault.

Yes, it can be absorbed through the skin. If the clothes were well washed I don't believe you're in any danger. Watch out for weirdos, hon, because you sure got around one of them!

You'd be safer to burn the clothes. But be careful not to inhale any of the fumes. Oh, and add some more tinfoil to your hat...

I don't think so...but how in the world???! I don't get why anyone would have a motive for doing something like that.
