Time to move on. In this day and age, 7 years at a job is enough.

Stop by a bookstore, go to the business section and get a book on resumes. Might be the best $ 25,00 you spend this year.

Above all, don't let your dissatisfaction show. It ain't easy, but don't give them an excuse to fire you, or screw with you so much that you walk out.

It sounds like it is time to find something new. Use the fact that you already have a job as leverage when looking for something new. Go after positions you think you would really like knowing that if you don’t get them you always have you current job for now.
The last thing you want to do is walk out or do anything unprofessional while you still at your current job. It’s a much better feeling to walk into an interview knowing you are not desperate for work because you are unemployed.

Good Luck!

I was in the same position at my job..my husband wanted me to quit so i did. I am currently selling Home Interiors..its a party plan business and I sell it from my home and do home shows.I make around 500 dollars a week which is more than i made at my other job. We live in a small town with around 3,500 people but in bigger cities you have a larger potential earning. I would suggest starting your own business...you work for yourself you set your own hours and its great I love it. On a good week I can earn close to 1000 dollars! Plus Im pregnat so im looking forward to being able to work from home and be a stay at home mommy. Most party plan businesses have an initial start up fee (mine was $100) But i love it. If you would like more information or a good website to find your own party plan business..drop me a line I would be glad to help!!!
