I've searched online to see how to do it right and yet it's still not working !!!

gahhh someone help!!

Its Hp psc 1210v.

I printed a label and it was slightly off...
ugh.

On the 1210's including v's and xi's you just need to reinstall your cartridges...the printer automatically prints out a calibration page. Stick it in the scanner and press scan. Done!

By calibrating, do you mean that the paper alignment is off?

Calibrating in printer terms typically mean that the printheads are not aligned properly which leads to bad print quality.

If your print quality is ok, then you just need to align the paper guides properly. There should be little plastic guides (that go left & right) that helps you make sure the paper you put in is not skewed as it gets pulled into the printer.

Align the guides till they fit the paper size you are using properly. It should be snug but not tight such that the printer cannot pull it in. This should solve your paper alignment issues.

What printer is it? you dont have to calibrate your printer, it does it automatically... if it doesnt then there is something wrong with it.... call the tech team or support for additional info...
