Traditional: The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long,building his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The grasshopper laughs and dances the summer away. Come winter, the ant is warm and well fed. The grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold. MORAL OF THE STORY: Be responsible for yourself!
Modern Variant: Ant works-grasshopper plays. Come winter the shivering grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the ant should be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving. CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, and ABC show up to provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper next to a video of the ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food. America is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so? Pelosi exclaims that the ant has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and both call a tax hike to make the ant pay his fair share.

the rich get richer and don't worry about poor people?
That is and was a stupid story that proves nothing but that your selfish to the core and don't want to feel bad about it.
What if someone is born into a rich family and has never worked a day in their life. someone else has had to work in the fields from sun up to sun down. He gets less than minimum wage for his labor and his family suffers in poverty.
The rich land owner takes trips to Europe and cheats the people who work for him out of everythig that he can.
He manipulates the government into putting heavier taxes on the poor laborer and making the rich man hardly pay any taxes. That is the way it really is. The rich wallow in it and barely work and there wealth is from slaves.
Those plantations were not build by those southern gentlemen. But by their black slaves. Now that is the way it is.
